I help individuals who are at a crossroads in their careers transform confusion into clear direction. I specialize in guiding professionals who are feeling stuck, preparing for an interview, facing a layoff, or navigating a major career change. My focus areas include achieving career clarity, professional development, cultivating self-leadership, and establishing work-life balance. I am dedicated to helping individuals create intentional career paths that align with their life goals.
Why did you become a coach?
My commitment is fueled by the significant crossroads I’ve faced in my own professional life. In my twenties, I navigated two layoffs and successfully transitioned from banking to the non-profit sector. Later, in my mid-forties, despite my success, I grappled with severe burnout, stress, and profound self-doubt; I was a workaholic who also wore the supermom cape. This period led me to leave a cherished career without a clear plan, feeling lost until I finally achieved clarity, peace, and a strong connection to myself and with my family. This personal journey underscored the vital importance of coaching support, self-leadership, and silencing inner critics, and I am now dedicated to helping others achieve the same level of clarity and fulfillment.
